Modern young men are consumed in virtual worlds. Real life progress is at a stand still. Depression among young adults (18-29) has more than doubled since 2017, hitting over 26% in recent data, with anxiety, isolation, and a sense of worthlessness surging. These statistics have been specifically linked to heavy screen and gaming use. Parents are struggling to find solutions for this novel problem.

This is why Reset Retreat was born.

Dopamine is our brain's fuel for motivation, self-discipline, skill-building, and real purpose. It provides that deep sense of joy when a worthy goal is achieved. But it's been hijacked. Endless digital spikes flood the system, building tolerance fast, leaving  slow-burning, meaningful efforts feel flat and big milestones seem undesirable or even pointless. A digital detox reverses this. Studies show short breaks rebalance dopamine, restore natural optimism, and cut depression symptoms by ~20-25% after just a week or two—reigniting drive, clarity, and purpose.

Reset Retreat is the first step to gaining control. Unplug in our forested off-grid camp, reset the reward system, and experience what purposeful focus feels like. When the program is complete, participants will have a clear understanding of how colorful life can be when we embrace balanced habits.
